How quickly can you get here?
For severe emergencies like active flooding or burst pipes, we dispatch immediately. Our the GTA HQ allows us to reach most GTA locations rapidly. Call us for an exact ETA.
How do I turn off my main water valve?
Locate your water meter (usually in the basement near the front wall). There should be a valve on the pipe coming through the floor or wall. Turn it clockwise until it stops. If it's a lever valve, turn it perpendicular to the pipe.
Do you charge extra for late-night emergency calls?
Emergency dispatches outside regular business hours do carry an after-hours premium, but we will always tell you the dispatch fee upfront on the phone before we send a truck.
Will my homeowner's insurance cover this?
Sudden, accidental water damage is typically covered by most policies. We will provide detailed invoices and document the damage to help streamline your claims process.
